Q. How do I login (or create an account to login)?
A. Click on "customer info" on the left or in this answer then click the "login" button. If you are already registered, enter your e-mail address and password. If you need to create an account, please click the "new account" button. Once you have created your account, please be sure to enter a shipping address in the "customer info" section of the site (it's under the section "Address Management").

Q. How do I view my past orders?
A. In order to do this you must have registered an account with us and placed your order under that account. To view orders, click "customer info" on the left or in this answer, then click the "login" button and enter your e-mail address and password. Once you have logged in, at the bottom of the page you will see "Order Management". You will find your orders listed there.

Q. Why should I create a login account?
A. Well, for one you can view your previous orders and current ones, and track their status; secondly, if you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter, we can keep you up to date on new items; thirdly, you won't have to enter your shipping information each time you order:)

Q. Do you guys do sales for police/fire/ems departments, or other public safety companies?
A. Yes we do, please contact us directly either by the phone numbers listed at the top right of every page, or the e-mail links at the bottom left of every page.

Q. Are you guys authorized Whelen dealers?
A. Yes, yes we are; as well as Nova, Uniden, Cobra, and all other brands we carry.
